Crunch and Sip (school fruit, vegetable and water activity)
Crunch and Sip is a classroom-based activity. Students eat fruit or vegetables and drink water during class time. It boosts energy during the vital morning period. For more information, please visit Crunch and Sip.

Vegetable Week and the Big Vegie Crunch
Vegetable Week is 15-19 March 2021 and aims to increase students’ knowledge, exposure and positive attitudes towards vegetables. The Big Vegie Crunch on Thursday 18 March at 10am is an attempt to get as many NSW primary school students crunching vegetables together. Fruit and Vegetable month
Fruit & Veg Month is a health promotion program for NSW primary schools. It has a positive focus on fruit and vegetables. The date for Fruit & Veg Month 2021 is yet to be announced but occurs in late August to September every year. To find out more information about this visit Fruit & Veg Month.
Ride and Walk to school day
