You may have had a fall recently or fear it could happen one day. Stepping On is a local program that will give you the skills and knowledge to prevent a fall and stay active and independent. It is run by trained experts and can reduce your risk of falls by up to 31%.

How will Stepping On help you?
Stepping On teaches you how to stay safe in your home and when you’re out and about. In the 7 week program you will learn simple strength and balance exercises that you can do at home.

Who can join?
If you’re a NSW resident aged over 65, live at home and are worried about having a fall, Stepping On could be just right for you. Not suitable for those with dementia or neuromuscular conditions.
