Have you recently had a fall or have a fear of fallling? Stepping On is a FREE local seven week program that will give you the skills and knowledge to prevent a fall and stay active and independent.

Stepping On teaches you how to stay safe in your home and when you’re out and about. You will learn simple strength and balance exercises that you can do at home.
If you’re a NSW resident aged over 65, or over 45 years if Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, live at home and are worried about having a fall, Stepping On could be just right for you. This program is not suitable for those with dementia or neuromuscular conditions.
