Batlow-Adelong Multipurpose Service

About Us

The Batlow-Adelong Multipurpose Service (MPS) is a 24 bed facility with 5 hospital care beds and 19 residential aged care beds.The MPS provides a 24 hour Accident and Emergency Department. The Emergency Department is equipped with telehealth cameras to connect the team in Batlow with specialists through the Critical Care Advisory Service.

Community Health services are outreached from Tumut and include community nursing, child and family health, women’s health, Speech and Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Mental Health Drug & Alcohol services.

Location 

Famous for fabulous apples, the township of Batlow is in the South West Slopes region of New South Wales, on the edge of the Great Dividing Range.

Batlow is a one hour drive from Wagga Wagga and two hours from both Albury and Canberra.  Supplying apples to both the Australian and export markets the community is also renowned for great cherries and stone fruit.
