About Us
The Finley Hospital is a 16 bed facility with a 24 hour Accident and Emergency Department. The Emergency Department is equipped with telehealth cameras to connect the team in Finley with specialists through the Critical Care Advisory Service.
Clinical services include palliative care, acute and sub-acute and a range of community care and allied health services, supported by telehealth and specialty services on referral.
Finley Hospital is the Hub site for a cluster of rural facilities, (Finley, Berrigan, Jerilderie and Tocumwal) and supports clinical services in the local area.
Medical services are provided by Visiting Medical Officers and by local General Practitioners.
Adjacent to the Finley Health Service is the Finley Medical Centre with three GPs and Allied Health Services catering for community requirements.
Location
With approximately 2000 people residing in Finley, the town is central to other communities including Tocumwal, Cobram, Barooga and Jerilderie.
Located just 3 hours north of Melbourne and a short hour’s drive from Shepparton, there are a range of sporting and recreation opportunities available. The district is also widely renowned for supplying wonderful fresh produce to the Sydney and Melbourne markets.
